To produce BIO soybean flour we use BIO soybean cake processed in the FODER BIO-TECH production plant. We use only certified BIO soybean grown primarily on ecological farms in Poland. We also process soybean from Slovakia, The Czech Republic and Romania.

BIO Soybean flour obtained at the FODER BIO-TECH plant is made thanks to a powerful fragmentation of BIO soya cake or the fragmentation of BIO soybeans. BIO Soybean flour has a high amount of proteins which can be used as an animal protein substitute. Soybean flour is fully glutamine free and very low on starch. On the other hand, it has a low glycemic and caloric index.. It has a high absorption rate (95%). It is primarily used as a milk replacement for animals in an ecological raising environment.

BIO rapeseed oil produced by FODER BIO-TECH is of the highest quality, it is processed from carefully selected, tested and certified BIO rapeseeds. The oil is obtained using mechanical presses and later filtered. Thanks to this procedure, the oil obtains its natural clarity, light colour and smell, characteristic of rapeseed oil.

BIO rapeseed oil is a raw product which is used in as fodder additive. It includes many valuable ingredients such as unsaturated fatty acids and antioxidants. The advantages of using rapeseed oil in fodder are huge, for this fact, farmers widely decide on its implementation.

To assure a high productivity rate and calorie balance in livestock it is important to supply them with energy concentrated in food. BIO rapeseed oil is added to fodder mixtures for oiling purposes and to increase the amount of protein crucial for a balance swine diet. The addition of rapeseed oil makes the fodder more sticky and gives an easily digestible texture as well as better taste. BIO rapeseed in fodder decreases the amount of dust introduced to farm utility rooms which can be inhaled by animals and people.

We do not use chemical substances such as heksan at any stage of production. Thanks to these practices, the extruded soybean oil is a fully natural product.

Soybean oil is the basic ingredient for fodder oiling and benefits its energy values and taste. Adding soybean oil to fodder. has a beneficial effect on its gain and lower consumption.

Rapeseed cake obtained at the FODER BIO-TECH plant is a by-product of the rapeseed oil pressing process. The rapeseed pressing process takes place in specially design extruders. The rapeseeds are exposed to high temperature and high pressure. As a consequence of this, the anti-nutritive ingredients are reduced and the microbiological purity of the product is guaranteed. We do not use chemicals at any part of the production process. Thanks to these practices, our BIO rapeseed meal is a fully natural product.

BIO rapeseed meal consists of high amounts of protein and is an easily digestible source of energy thanks to its oil contents. Rapeseed meal is a high protein fodder. Thanks to a balanced decomposition of fat, it is a favorable source of energy as well as unsaturated fatty acids which are crucial to proper growth and development of animals.
